This seminar is an introduction to an upcoming series focusing on the Program Component Score. We will dive deep into addressing each component and use fun and creative ways to develop an awareness and connection in all 5 areas of your component score. 

Life of a skater is a journey from season to season, competition to competition that is always evolving. This includes many challenges, both physical and mental. I will share my experiences and strategies to deal with those inevitable highs and lows. The value of a parents’ support is often underestimated and, as a part of this seminar, I will arrange a group zoom session to address any of your challenges and questions.

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm   Zoom meet with skaters
